I have just recieved a call from the insurance company who wanted me to pass on that they were extremely impressed with the contractor who attended this claim. His professionalism and competence were classed as second to none. It is a pleasure have EFM on board at CET.

I wondered if I could just pass on a little note please. We have had Darren Jones from EFM working here this week sorting out the walls etc. May I just say what excellent work he has done for us and how very helpful he has been in his time with us here. If you could pass on my thanks and appreciation for everything he has done He has been extremely helpful tidy and conscientious.
